Busy

Back to the same old routine today... sort of. Not that yesterday wasn't the first day back and all, but today felt more like getting back into the swing of things.

I had a doctor's appointment first thing this morning. They drew blood for the usual cholesterol check and also to see what my glucose levels were. I'm prediabetic now, so I am hopeful for a good low number this time. We did decide that it was time to change my blood pressure meds. I have taken the same thing for almost 2 years now and just recently went up in the dosage in hopes of getting the numbers lower in the afternoons. It isn't working as well as we had hoped and I am tired of feeling tired and jittery all the time. I had to reduce the dosage at one point because I was too tired to even talk. It was ridiculous! Plus, it kept making my heart jumpy and I felt like I was walking around in a constant pre-panic attack mode. So, here's to hoping that the new meds work!

I also uploaded a bunch of old videos to youtube. I will post the highlights of those here later tonight.

Tonight is also class night and I will be there until around 9pm or so. I am SO ready for this semester to be OVER! I love the class and I love the interaction with the students and the instructor, but I am really tired of these late Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Soooo tired.
