I shouldn't have to justify anything.

I am going to college because I want to. I chose the Fine Arts degree. No one else made that decision for me. Yes, Drawing is one of the classes that I have to take to get my degree. So is Drawing II, Photography, Painting, and even Ceramics or Sculpture if I want to take them. Yes, I sit around for hours doing this...


I will not apologize for my life not fitting into your neat little box. I will not change my plans because you think that they are stupid or not worth the effort. I will benefit from this. My kids will benefit from this. My family will benefit from this. I do not have to justify anything to anyone. My kids will always come first, but it is my life and I have decided that I am going to do what I want to do with it. You're welcome.
